NEED Help with PS7 Brushes

I have the brush and it shows on the canvas however it follows the mouse... it won't stay in one place.. what am I suppose to push to make it stay? I pushed enter.. that does not make it stay either!! UGH.. can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

GOT IT, I THINK!!! YEA!! DID IT MYSELF...HERE IS THE NEW SIGNATURE TOO!!
